تُخلِّف الحروب كوارث كثيرة، ومآس بشرية عظيمة، مَن ينجو منها يكون مُشرداً، يبحث عن مأوى يلجأ إليه، وهؤلاء اللاجئون غالباً هم من النساء والأطفال والرجال الذين لم يحملوا السلاح، بل ربما أيضاً لا يجيدون استعماله. وفي واقعنا المعاصر تُعتبر قضية اللاجئين والمهاجرين مُشكلة كبيرة وللأسف الشديد يعتبرهم العالم عبئا ثقيلا، لا تتقبَّلهم الدول، وإنْ تقبَّلتهم أو تقبَّلت بعضهم عانوا من التمييز والفقر والإذلال، وربما سُمِح لهم بالعيش على الحدود في العراء وفي أوضاع صعبة للغاية. وفي هذه الدراسة سنعرض كيف تعامل النبي مع قضية المهاجرين، وحوّل هذه القضية إلى فرصة للتنمية بدمجهم في المجتمع واستثمار مهاراتهم؛ فأفادهم وأفاد المجتمع بهم. وقد استنتجنا عشرة أسس للتعامل مع قضية المهاجرين من سيرة النبي وتعامله مع هذه القضية. اتبعت هذه الدراسة طريقة استقراء السيرة النبوية والأحاديث، وتحليلها، واستعراض هدي النبي في إدارة قضية المهاجرين في زمانه، واستخراج عشرة أسس منها للتعامل مع قضية المهاجرين في عصرنا هذا.

Wars leave behind numerous disasters and great human tragedies. Those who survive become displaced, seeking shelter to take refuge in. These refugees are women, children, and unarmed men who may not even know how to use weapons. At present, the issue of refugees and migrants is considered a major problem. Unfortunately, the world sees them as a heavy burden, and countries are reluctant to accept them. If accepted in some countries, immigrants face discrimination, poverty, and humiliation. They may be allowed to live on the borders in harsh conditions. The current study demonstrates how the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, dealt with the issue of immigrants and turned it into an opportunity for development by integrating them into society and utilizing their skills for the good of the immigrants themselves and the community. The study revealed that ten principles for dealing with the issue of migrants were evident in the biography of the Prophet Muhammad. The extrapolating analytic approach was followed in the study to address the issue of migrants as evidenced in his biography and guidance, deriving ten principles for dealing with the issue of migrants in our contemporary world.
